García Carrión wins Best Producer Award at Mundus Vini 2026

García Carrión received a Best Producer Award at the Mundus Vini Summer Tasting 2026 in Germany. Two of its Ribera del Duero wines, Mayor de Castilla Reserva 2020 and Viña Arnaiz Reserva 2020, were awarded Grand Gold. According to García Carrión, these were the only Grand Gold medals given to Spanish wines in this edition, and the group took 60 medals in total.
Mundus Vini is organised by Meininger Verlag. The summer edition assessed 2,830 wines.
García Carrión is a family-owned producer founded in Jumilla in 1890. Bibendum represents García Carrión in Sweden, including Pata Negra, Jaume Serra and Don Simón.
